We explain here the complete procedure and instructions for you to pay for your purchases via bank transfer: via your online banking app/website , or by going directly to your bank to send your transfer.


1. OPTION A – ONLINE BANK TRANSFER

Each bank is a little different but here is the general rule of thumb.

  1. Log in to your online banking either via your banking mobile app or website.
  2. Find the option to send money to a recipient
  3. Use our bank details which we have sent to your email to add us as a recipient and then complete the transfer.
  4. Send an email to admin@immortalmedicals.com confirming your payment.

Please note: you should never specify Immortal Medicals or the nature of your order.

We currently accept local transfers to Australia, Belgium, Canada, USA and New Zealand. If you live outside of these countries you will need to send an international transfer.


2. OPTION B – BANK TRANSFER IN YOUR BANK BRANCH

If you are unable to make bank transfer online, the next best method is to go to your bank agency and come to the counter asking for an international bank transfer or local transfer depending on which of our accounts you will be transferring to.

You will need to have:

  • Your ID,
  • Your account number,
  • Our payment and bank details we supplied you via your email.

Once complete, Send an email to admin@immortalmedicals.com confirming your payment.

We currently accept domestic transfers to Australia, Canada, Belgium, USA and New Zealand. If you live outside of these countries you will need to send an international transfer.


We usually receive most bank transfers within 24 hours of your payment however it can take up to 5 days for some banks.
Once we have received your payment, we will ship your order within 24 hours.
