This range is very common if the hormone is only being used to combat natural testosterone suppression caused by the use of other anabolic steroids. To get the true anabolic, maximum benefits of this steroid, those in the fitness industry will inject between 400-500mg per week. Users who inject this dosage indicate that the chances of side effects are minimal and those who experience side effects find them easy to control. Such doses will normally be split into two equal doses per week for a total weekly dosing. Those who have been using both oral and injectable steroids for a good part of their lives will inject more than 500mg per week; however, many men will find the 500mg range to be all they need. Those who choose to bump it up to between 600-1,000mg per week can still tolerate Testosterone Cypionate. Remember doses of this or any other steroid that approach the 1,000mg or higher range will greatly increase the probability of negative side effects. Just remember not to follow what others do when it comes to how much Testosterone Cypionate you plan to inject per week during your cycle. It’s all about trial and error and what works best for you. Nothing will work at the maximum level of you don’t eat healthy and train consistently. What you get out of your steroid cycle depends on how much work and effort you put into it.

Testosterone Cypionate carries a half-life of 8-10 days, it needs to be injected at a minimum of once per week, although if you expect to get the most out of this steroid on a performance enhancement basis, it should be injected twice per week with the weekly dosage split evenly between administrations. An example of this would be to split the 500mg per week dosage of Testosterone into a 300mg injection on Monday and 300mg injection on Thursday every week.
